"The staff at GP were absolutely lovely and helpful nothing seemed too much trouble, the only downside of this hotel was the pool area, there are no hand rails to get in and out of the pool, I have slight mobility issues and found it incredibly difficult to get out, the steps are really deep, they could also do with a few umbers for shade. "Stayed in a Deluxe room with Balcony for 8 nights. Good size room with large bed and safe but limited number of clothes hangers for two people. Issues with aroma from bathroom and water not hot but good pressure. Enjoyed a pleasant break in a good location which was surprisingly quiet considering the numerous hotels located in the Soi. Small swimming pool on the roof. 1.3 metres depth with towels available from reception. "
