"Perfect home for couples traveling together. The back deck and pool provided great entertainment. We saw so many monkeys, macaws, birds and an even a sloth carrying her baby while sitting on the deck! It was incredible! Bud who owns the home was so kind and offered us so many wonderful restaurant suggestions! Don’t wait! Book this home! "

"The property was perfect. 2 bedrooms with a kitchen was just what we were looking for. The deck was great for watching the monkeys and parrots. The pool was perfect after a hot day of tours.The hosts were very helpful and also booked our excursions and transfers. Their van was clean, had WiFi and seat belts. It was walkable to a grocery store, restaurants and shops. I would stay here again!"

"Beautiful home! When we entered the home, the views inside and out were stunning! Very open concept and you can see all the way to the pool and the beautiful grounds. The three bedroom 3 1/2 bath layout was perfect for a family, and laundry on site was a bonus. We cooked several meals while we were here and the open concept kitchen and dining area were perfect for meals and game nights. The old growth tropical plants around the property were breathtaking. "The house is great and well equipped. We stayed for a month and all we could need was there. Foldable chairs on the property for the beach as well as pool floaties. The location is up quite a large hill from the beach and has stairs to the pool so not appropriate for someone with a mobility issue. There is a grocery store and restaurants within walking distance.Owner and property manager are great and respond immediately. "

"We enjoyed our stay in the stately yellow house by the beach. We appreciated the big water container made ready for our use upon arrival. We were impressed with all the built-ins and the sturdiness of the house. The ACs were efficient and each person could set their optimum temperatures in their bedroom. "This house is a great value! The location is great with many types of wildlife experienced while sitting on the back porch. You are within walking distance of the city of Quepos, but beware of the massive hill that you have to climb to return home. My only complaint would be that there is really no where to lounge around the pool. There was only a chair and table with no where to stretch out and enjoy the poolside. An upgrade to the patio furniture would be nice as well. There is so much to see...

"Great big new house. 6 older 50+ guys on a fishing adventure. Pool and workout room. Everyone had a private bedroom/bath which was really nice. Location is a little out of the way but as long as you use cabs or drivers you are fine. Good also if you have a car. Housekeeper cleaned and did laundry which was a plus."

"You can't miss with this beautifully appointed Condo on South Jaco. We came with family and friends for mostly a surfing trip but did many other adventures as well. There are so many close amenities that are just a short walk away....restaurants...grocery....beach. The Condo is extremely well appointed with everything you need and more. "Solitude and sun with all the necessities. Absolutely loved this place. The grounds were fantastic, enjoyed the pool daily, and opted to stay in the pool house because of the outdoor shower. I wish i could have stayed here longer. Felt secluded enough but the beach and restaurants either a short walk or quick drive away. If i had to give anything negative and this is a stretch the water could have been hotter for the showers. "
