The house includes a 3 bedrooms main house and an annexed guest house with a queen bed and a bunk bed. This additional guest house includes a full bathroom, a kitchenette, and a counter for lunch. This setup makes the house ideal for 2 adults couples to have some sort of privacy during a long stay.
Have a peek of the ocean from the terrasse and look at the parrot while taking your coffee. You can also take a walk to the village for grocery shopping, go to the beach and take surf lessons.
The house is very safe and secure. There's a guard on duty every evenings and nights. The house is also equipped of security cameras, safes, alarm systems and digital locks.
The charming beachside town of Esterillos Oeste is a short drive 20 minutes from Jaco and 40 minutes from Manuel Antonio. Although Jaco is only a short drive away, Esterillos Oeste remains quiet and peaceful with his 300 people. The town is surrounded mostly by patches of rice fields, grazing cattle, and thick tropical rainforest. Once you arrive in the modest town center near the beach, you will find a couple of small grocery stores, a few restaurants. Costa Ricans live in Esterillos Oeste, but there is also a sizeable population of ex-pats from USA and Canada including several living around the house.
Esterillos offers stunning views of the Pacific, and access to some of the best surfing and paddling in Costa Rica. This area is renowned for its abundance of fish, including black and blue marlin, sailfish and dorados, making it the perfect spot to cast a line and land a live one with sportsfishing expeditions. Visitors who want to remain on dry land can head out into the lush rolling hills that surround Esterillos Oeste on an ATV, or indulge in a leisurely trek through the countryside on horseback.
