Communication with the hotel was excellent when trying to arrange parking, it is very close (250m) to Parramatta train station so made getting to Qudos arena very convenient and the room was above expectations. We stayed in the spa apartment and found it to be a very large room & bathroom which was excellent given how small Sydney hotel rooms normally are!!
