"A little tired, however, a bit of poor paintwork is nothing when one looks at all the excellent features to enjoy here. There is good seating in the lobby, and a bar with food, or a table with service in the restaurant usually used for breakfast. The food is good. A walk-in shower - with taps clearly marked, no ridiculous maneuvering to avoid the water when you turn them on is a huge plus. The pool and spa are amazing. With a huge room, fridge, sofa, wonderful bed and a room service menu in writing, I could want for nothing more. The staff are excellent - friendly and efficient. Location is good with plenty of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. It is a $20 uber to city locations, Central station is close, and there is a bus service to Crown Street restaurants (or a short walk up a hill). I loved my stay at Rydges Sydney Central and intend to return as a regular Sydney visitor. "
