"Travelling with 2 adults and 2 kids 9yrs & 13yrs. Short stay. Breakfast and parking options were great. Kids loved the pool and the gym equipment was new and more than adequate. Short walk to train and shops which was very convenient. Accommodation was clean and presentation of rooms was lovely. The staff were friendly and polite. We would definitely stay at Holiday Inn Parramatta again 😀 "

"The overall experience here was great. Good facilities and amenities. The breakfast was great with a good selection to choose from. A small gym but functional and pool to use. In the room it was spacious and well presented. Only concern I had was one staff member was a bit rude and brief when dealing with them. All other staff were fantastic and helpful. I would stay again."
