"It was nice and quiet. But the lady at the front was rude. She left me wanting for a while and it was almost 4am n I was so sleepy and saw me there and just left me there waiting till she feel like it."

"Good stay, clean room, carpet tough to roll luggage, hard to get enough towels if you don't let them clean everyday - front desk looked under staffed or just that busy, broken ice machine on 9th floor & room 908 you could here all the running water because the pipes ran right above/beside us."
