Karim was the most wonderful host (coordinating all our transport, a camel ride, and anything else our hearts desired) and his team were all so accommodating. Our compliments to the chef! The food exceeded expectations and the relaxing atmosphere immediately put us in holiday mode. "Marrakech is such a busy city outside The hotel is located slightly far from the main attractions areas, however after such a busy day, it is relaxing to stay there, the room is spacious also there are big swaths pools if you want to swim. It is a resort hotel. The staff in the reception is very attentive and friendly."

We would have been happy with our villa, but we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom villa with a private pool which was a lovely surprise. The staff were attentive and helpful. The food was good.
