"The property is 20mins out of Marrakech surrounded by building sites that’ll be finished in about 6years. The food is shocking no real authenticity and poor quality ... restraint service (paid for) only chance of decent meal The staff are a mixture half obnoxious furniture pieces the other lovely clear management issues hard to find any information when your there. Karwah (sorry for spelling) in buffets is a true gem. in trying to find something to improve: the live band while we were there not very good.. music in background at a la carte restaurant off (ex: whitney houston..). should be something Moroccan (either traditional or modern) for the experience. note floors in bathrooms extremely slippery when wet. front desk staff great too. shuttle driver precious. bravo!"

Hotel Riu Tikida Palmeraie - All Inclusive

"Great Resort! Very welcoming staff and great hospitality!!! From the pool guy Said / the luggagiste guy Youssef, they went above and beyond to provide us with the best customer service!!! This resort have Great food options for breakfast/ lunch / dinner ! Even gluten free options !! I would like to commend Jamal who works at the moroccan restuarant/ breakfast bar- he demosrates world class customer service , my daughter who has gluten intolerance ,but Jamal went above and beyond in breakfast / dinner to make sure she has food options gluten free to choose from pasta / toast/ …my daughter and I were very impressed by Jamal world class customer service!!! Please pass along this compliment to Jamal/ Reda/Morad/ Said/ Youssef and the rest of your staff, they are truly great assets to your company and they demonstrate world class customer service !!!
