"Check in was a nightmare. Family was supposed to meet host at airport with a cot - but he was no where to be found. Directions to villa were very scattered but finally arrived met by housekeeper and shown around the villa. It was old and in need of some updating but very comfortable for our party of 10. Beds and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Pool was lovely although it was still warm enough to swim in the sea. All in all a wonderful holiday."

"Beyond expectations, location, location, location of course with that front row seat view of Etna across the bay but the property itself was much larger than expected from the photos. Lots of outdoor and indoor space well designed clean bright and airy. The host was very easy to work with and the whole process was seamless. "

"Our children loved the pool which is deep and set in a small garden with terracotta pots all around it. The area is quiet and close to the airport and was easy to find. There's also plenty of parking close by. Thanks Francesca and Valentino!"

"Riccardo was so helpful and accommodating. His place was very comfortable and ideally located to see all the sights on the eastern side of Sicily. Direct access to a beautiful, quiet beach with a view of Mount Etna was a highlight. Would definitely recommend!"

"Photos are accurate. A comfortable rustic house with a lovely garden and pool that provides a secluded peaceful haven for a relaxing time. Surrounded by orange and olive groves. Nice cantina in local village and other restaurants 20 min drive away. Key tourist sites in the east of the island are 1-2 hrs away. You will return home very rested. A warm welcome from Franco, the owner, and Francesca who is a very attentive guide for the visitor, always available on WhatsApp, and speaks great English....

"All expectations met and then some. Loved the pristine pool, the fantastic view of the sea, the privacy, the wonderful natural and interesting discoveries along the 5 minute path to the sea, the private little sandy beach, etc. Beatuifully furnished, met all our needs and there were 10 of us! Loved the dinner Alessandra prepared for us. So fun! Thank you for this most memorable experience to celebrate our parents’ 60th anniversary"
