The unit itself had a small kitchen which would have been nice if we were there long, a bedroom with 3 twin beds and when you walk in, that also was a bedroom with a double (really 2 twins together with a sheet over them). "Very mixed experience. The hotel is centrally placed for Piazza Armerina. Clearly much money has been spent on the inside but it is at best a 2*. Had difficulty raising reception on arrival. Eventually a chamber maid arrived to do this. There was no room cleaning. Had to ask twice for toilet paper. No bathroom cleaning. No bed making. Breakfast was truly laughable. Street parking for which you are reimbursed to be fair. Eventually threw the towel in after 2 days. We were then told there was a...
