"Very large property, well-located. Property conformed to description on Expedia. The owners were easy to reach and allowed us to check-in earlier. On one day, we lost electricity but the owner was on site in a short time and fixed the problem quickly. Highly recommend!"

"I greatly enjoyed my stay at the Donizetti House. The property was extremely comfortable and totally clean when I arrived. The neighborhood was nice as well, quieter than the more touristy parts of Catania. The host, Alessandro, was also extremely helpful. He not only saved me a parking spot for the check-in and waited late after my flight was delayed, he also recommended local activities and nearby live music in Catania. Would stay again!"

"This apartment is in a perfect central location but private and secure. Laura and Marianna met us on arrival and made everything easy! The place is spotless with aircon in each room, excellent showers and a neat kitchen. The roof terrace was lovely to greet the sunrise and chill at dusk but take care with the spiral stairs. "Fantastic apartment! Very comfortable and you can’t beat the location. Comfortable bed, but you have to go up stairs to the bedroom and the bathroom is on the main floor. That is the only negative. Office for the building is around the corner and they arranged a taxi for me to the airport. The ladies in the office are very helpful. "Check in was a nightmare. Family was supposed to meet host at airport with a cot - but he was no where to be found. Directions to villa were very scattered but finally arrived met by housekeeper and shown around the villa. It was old and in need of some updating but very comfortable for our party of 10. Beds and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Pool was lovely although it was still warm enough to swim in the sea. All in all a wonderful holiday."
