"I liked the amazing beach, no single-use plastics, expansive pools. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and clean. The hotel also offered a lot of complimentary activities, especially for kids, which were very thoughtful. For improvement, the hotel can consider more environmentally friendly practices, such as reducing boating activities around sensitive mangroves, not feeding wildlife or offering tours that feed wildlife (eagles, monkeys, squirrels), and improving wait times for meals and using more healthy ingredients for meals (e.g., less salt)."

"Staff are all truly amazing. The welcome we received is unprecedented in any other hotel. Every person who works in that hotel is incredibly nice. Food is great. Lovely breakfast buffet and excellent Italian restaurant for the evening. The only problem we faced was with the beach. Too much jellyfish so not possible to swim. Also, the beach water is not the cleanest or clearest. Pool is great. "
