"Surrounded by the jungle and mountains,you are in the only big resort on the Bay. The Zoo is in walking distance, and many tours are available from the front desk. We had excellent meals at the different restaurants. Swimming and snorkelling in the bay is a blast, and Los Arcos is very close. Oh, and the Taco lady makes 'em fresh and fast."

"Overall, the property is amazing. The rooms are well maintained and my family and I has an amazing week. The only two, very nitpicky problems, were 1) the location is far from many attractions and it's a 40 min drive to downtown, and 2) some of the lounge chairs in the pool areas have seen better days."

"My stay was amazing the food , the service impeccable!! Everyone was super attentive shout out to all the staff that met me at karaoke at the dreams lobby bar, “Andres”, the ladies in the coffee shop the servers in Chardonnay, and the manager from 360 !. What I liked most about my stay was the safety.! No one is getting in n out of the elevators without a room card. N you can only use your card for your floor you can’t access two room floors at once. That’s amazing safety precautions . Someone is always present at the elevators to ensure and assist. They are also amazing people super nice . The room was supper clean I asked for a blanket and was so shocked at how soft and clean the blanket was. The bed sheets were also clean it didn’t make my skin itch at all I felt right at home. That’s how you know that the house keepers actually wash there bedding sheets. The guy to the pool that served me was also very nice n the buffet staff and food also great !! This is how hospitality should be displayed with people that care about ensuring proper service is met.! The bellman’s and all was so helpful in helping me get a taxi or even if I had a question. The front desk always tried to help even though I speak English they still tired to understand me. I will be back !! If your staying in Guadalajara definitely stay here!!!! Super clean nice servers nice people nice food !!! I wish I could remember the names of who all served me maybe looking at my room number you can find it out ! "
