"House was very clean and well stocked. Maria and Carlos did a wonderful job cooking breakfast and a few dinners for us. The neighborhood was very nice with a few restaurants in walking distance. Would definitely stay there again in the future. "

"The property was awesome. It fit our needs perfectly. One bedroom on first floor perfect for our 80 year old mother so no climbing stairs. Elevator was not working but probably a good thing as the younger kids would not abuse it. The beach area was smaller than we expected but still wonderful view from the house to the ocean. Most photos taken were from the palm tree in front of pool. Awesome views. Staff was great and pleasant. We would return if we take another family trip to Akumal."

"We have been going down to Akumal since the late 90's with owners of like business in the US. In the past we have rented several condos in half moon bay. This is the first time we have rented a large facility. It was perfect for all of us. We had 3 father and sons. So they were able to stay in the same rooms. The 13 bedrooms was perfect. Felipe was a great host. The instructions of getting from the airport to Villa Bellamar was great for the few that had never been to Akumal before....

Mariano the property manager was very helpful prior to the stay and available during as well though we didn't really need much assistance. "My husband, son, and I stayed at Mima's Village for 10 days. It was in a great location in Las Uvas - quiet and right across the street from the ocean. The ocean there really is great for snorkeling. We snorkeled in the ocean and swam in the pool. We could also walk to beach clubs and restaurants where we had great meals and drinks. Our host - Memo - was very communicative and we enjoyed talking to him. He also helped arrange a snorkeling trip for us and gave us advice on places to go. I hope to...

"We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. The kitchen, table, and living room were spacious and accommodating. The morning sun and the beautiful sunrises were refreshing, including the splash in the pool. The cleaning crew was amazing, always smiling and flexible. We were so lucky to see three turtles laying eggs - unforgettable for sure! We hired a chef one night and were very, very happy with the food they prepared for us. All 16 of us had a great time. We will definitely come back."
