There was a major incident in central Amsterdam the day we travelled and we had some trouble getting to the hotel as there were no trams. As someone that does not drink alcohol and most hotels only offer cocktails and champagne at check in so I found this delightful. The rooms were great, more spacious than you normally get in Amsterdam. Customer service was on point and not to mention location which was superb.
