"Central location. Walking distance from Buckingham Palace. Place is located in front of Victoria Station. Neighborhood is a little sketchy after dark. Staff was friendly, but sometimes difficult to understand."

"Liked the room. Good wifi. Good breakfast. Restrooms on ground floor out of order for most of our stay and the option was to use the bathrooms at the Thistle hotel 3 minutes away (or go up to room). Necessary to navigate steps to on way to elevator. We arrived early in the morning and they had a hard time figuring out what rooms had been cleaned; we finally were able to get into our room mid/late afternoon."

"Great friendly hotel in a great location for shopping on Oxford St, walking and running in Hyde Park and exploring London. Reception staff made us feel very welcome. Hotel was quiet and felt safe. The breakfast was at their sister hotel next door and had a great variety of food on offer. Would stay again.."

"The location is amazing. Very close to the underground station. There are stairs to access the building (approx 8-12?) so if you have mobility issues it might cuz a problem. The hotel is a maze and the elevator is very small. The rooms are also quite small as well. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful and definitely worth adding to your stay. If you don't mind the small inconveniences (small rooms and stairs) it is a great hotel in a very safe and great location. I would stay here again if I was returning to London. The gym was also very nice. It does have a very small fridge if you are looking for a fridge. "
