"Hand & Flower was one of the best stays i've had in years! The building is beautifully updated, super close to rail and bus stops and the food/drink at the restaurant on the first floor were great! "The property could do with a little modernisation, however, we went for it because of cost, and convenience. We couldn't check in till we arrived which was half past midnight and the staff were very understanding and checked us in cheerfully!!! I was rather embarrassed that we were so late, but she was so nice. We were very tired, but, you can't sleep in a bad bed even when tired - So, the beds were great and we slept like a log!!!! The bed was clean, comfy and no issues at all...

"The family room was exactly as pictured on the website, practical with a very quirky toilet but overall very good. The area was the best part because you could walk to many sights and very easy to take the underground. We walked to trafalgar, soho, covent garden, China town and over the bridge to the London eye, Big Ben and Churchill War Rooms and st James park. The location was superb! We would definitely stay again!"
