"I stood here for a short amount of time and it was nice. The room is a good enough space for about 1-2 people. The room and bathroom was clean. It was a nice touch to have a towel warmer as was winter time when I went. The kitchen area was also fully equipped with appliances and utensils. I would stay here again. The area is also close to many restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walking distance. Bayswater station and the busses are also very close by "

"Great stay in a deluxe studio. Everything in good working order and the place was clean and tranquil. Loved having a kitchenette and a supermarket within walking distance. The communal washer and dryer (2 of each) worked perfectly!!! "

"This was an excellent property for a single woman. The staff were very helpful. And they managed to get me in my room early after coming in on an early morning flight from the states. They even called me to let me know when it was ready. There was a little issue with the heat, but they were quick to remedy it. The only negative at all is that the atmosphere is a little cold. It doesn’t have the warmth that is typical in South Kensington properties but that’s a small price to pay for efficiency...

The location isn’t great as it is located overlooking a major road (A4) which was busy the majority of the time and associated noise was intrusive. "I booked for Christmas to be close to a sick relative and was pleasantly surprised by how great the communication was before arrival. They offered me a complimentary upgrade which was overly appreciated! On arrival, check in was easy - there is 24 hour security. Lovely property, clean big rooms and had everything could need. Much preferred over a hotel. My only issue was the location of Kilburn isn’t great however it does have great tube access to central. "

"It was an absolutely amazing stay at the Regency for my wife, 5 year old daughter and me. Safe and cozy neighborhood close to the tube and convenient corner stores. The management was very responsive and helpful and happened to have someone there when we checked in that helped us with the bags and showed us around the flat. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"Great little property in a fantastic location. Walking distance to lots of sights and eateries. Only downside was the lack of consideration from other users who appeared to forget that people might sleep at night time. The owners would do well to remind people staying in the apartments that sound proofing is minimal and if coming back at 4am it might be polite to whisper etc. "

"Even though the building is not new, the 2 bedroom apartment that we had was quite well mantained. The only downside was the AC that didn't seem to work properly on our second night. The area around is not the greatest that London can offer and the building is a tad far from the city centre."

"The flat is small and basic but a good value for the price. The location is excellent for a base in Marylebone Village. The lack of power outlets is problematic if you want to charge your phone or style your hair. And it would have been nice to be provided washcloths. "

"Lovely clean property... absolutely loved it.. would like a clock but im a time person.. shower absolutely amazing... town center location stayed during england final didnt hear anything... only issue i had was booking.. i booked paid and didnt hear anything i called number which i advise do not call cost a fortune to brazil.. message and call the london number for apartment...spoke to a lovely lady.. think her nsmr was alexandra very helpful not had that for a while.. tv does not have normal...

"Great location in Notting Hill, right across from Portebello street market. The bathroom was tiny! This is a great place if you are a seasoned traveler and do not require access to a front desk for questions, directions or issues with the property as there’s no one on location if something comes up. "

"Staff very welcoming upon arrival and informative. The room was clean ans perfect size for 2 of us. Situated between the embankment and trafalger square/ the strand, so easy access to trains, underground and bus routes. Would recommend esp for more than one night as the kitchen amenities in the room make it more affordable for those that don't want to dine out every night. "

"The location is amazing. Very close to the underground station. There are stairs to access the building (approx 8-12?) so if you have mobility issues it might cuz a problem. The hotel is a maze and the elevator is very small. The rooms are also quite small as well. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful and definitely worth adding to your stay. If you don't mind the small inconveniences (small rooms and stairs) it is a great hotel in a very safe and great location. I would stay here again if I was returning to London. The gym was also very nice. It does have a very small fridge if you are looking for a fridge. "

Great location.

"Friendly staff, clean rooms and other public areas. We used the swimming pool and sauna with no issues. My only negative would be the lack of sinage for the stairs from the upper floors (rooms). Lifts seem to take forever and locating the stairs wasnt as easy as it should be."
