"The rooms were on two flights of stairs which were not pointed out to us in their advertisement, in spite of handicap space reserved in front of their entrance. No ramp to the front door, nor to the second floor. We are in our mid nighties and to walk fifteen floors to our room, was beyond our capabilities. No elevators or ramps!! The free breakfast was lovely I only had one complaint the coffee was absolutely awful I fact I could even finish one cup and I love coffee. Although there was a coffee maker in the room it was also awful and tasted like it was several years old "
