"We love Andaz, and almost always stay here when we’re back in Ottawa. But just know that right now the lot behind the hotel is being bulldozed and dug out (there is also no longer any onsite parking, as a result of this). Construction begins at 7am and is extremely loud. Thankfully they didn’t seem to be doing much on the weekend. I know there’s nothing to be done, this is the downtown experience. "Too much noice In the corridor by the cleaning 'staff can’t sleep once cleaning staff tried to enter my room without knocking while I was sleeping. Secondly they must have carpets in rooms floor is too cold other than that everything is ok "

"Great location and comfortable beds. They switched to led lights in the room which had the classic white clinical hue. Preferred a warmer tone to ease into sleep. "
