Find Hotels with Hot Tubs in Ottawa Valley

"At check in we did not receive a lot of communication - like where our room was, or room service info, or pool info - which is typical in hotels. We found our suite to be a good size. Definitely outdated - but that doesn't bother me - if it's comfy and clean. The couch wasn't super comfortable and as I found out that night, neither was the bed. Hard as a rock. I called front desk to get the pool hours and was told it was 9am-9pm. That's hugely disappointing - . Also pool is not as in pictures,...

"Room lamp had no lightbulb and other lamp out of order. No remote for tv Only 1 washcloth for 2 people Toilet plugged up All in all not very happy Tv not plugged in I realize it’s under some construction but really???"

"This is a nice hotel, its not as modern as others in the area but i love that about it. The only thing i think could be looked into are the windows, i found them to be quite drafty, the bathroom was particularly cold becasue of this."
