"Will definitely will be going back to this hotel when we go back to Ottawa. The staff are super friendly, polite, helpful and made checking in a breeze. The room was amazing, king bed with a kitchenette, loveseat recliner small table with chairs, desktop computer. The room was very clean and housekeeping came and made our bed and changed towels. The breakfast was included and there was so much to choose from. They have a gym and laundry room which are free to use and laundry soap included. I can't say enough about this hotel. Thank you for the wonderful 2 night stay. It's close to all the museums which we were looking for. "

"Loved the rooms at the back along the river. Main floor was easy to bring bags in and out of vehicle. Front desk checkin building is hard to park in but lots of room for vehicles where we actually stayed. Breakfast was hot and there was plenty. Breakfast staff were very attentive that everything was kept filled and dishes cleared if people left them."

"We had a great stay at Les Suites. The room was very spacious with a great balcony, and even a washer/dryer. Staff was super friendly and helpful, and the little cafe in the lobby had great coffee! We would definitely stay here again when visiting Ottawa."
