"This place was recommended by a friend. Stayed 2 nights staff was courteous and helpful. Rooms were really nice. Plan on making regular trip to Ottawa in the coming months and will be returning when I need a room in town "

"It was overall good. We staydd at this hotel based on the general distance to the hockey arena for my son's hickey tournament. There are restaurants and other ammenities less than 10 mins away with a gorcerystore and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. It had a fairly decent complimentary breakfast. The only negative points are no pool and no elevator. "

"I loved everything about it except they advertised fresh bacon for breakfast and the whole weekend there was none to be seen. Everything else was great! Just coffee couldve been better if they used something like Zebec coffee ☕️"

"Staff are top-notch as expected. Pool was nice and warm. Breakfast was adequate if chaotic. Parking situation is terrible; had to park up the street in a sketchy neighbourhood due to full lot. Location is not great; two shelters across the street and aggressive panhandlers literally walking through active traffic on a four-lane road. Zero dining options within a 10-15 minute walk. Staff chose to clean all of the "24/7" coffee urns at 6am -- certainly this could have been done the night before,...
