Rooms are clean and well kept. One of the only hotels in Kingston that still offer bathtubs (which to me, is a game changer) they provide everything including cable, soap and towels. Staff are super friendly, check in is a breeze. The ONLY downside is no breakfast but for the price you pay ($105 a night) it’s a great deal.

Although they accommodated my late arrival, I was a female travelling alone and got put on the first floor unit next to the door that went outside. I didn’t feel comfortable with that. I let them know that he offered me a room in the system. It said it had been empty, but as I entered the room, there was a man sleeping, stared at me and I can only imagine his thoughts as I entered his unit. They put me into another unit around 1- 2 PM. During my trip I did not experience no hot water at all I tried waiting even until later in the evening don’t know hot water. Maybe it went warmer around after midnight but I was sleeping. The next day tried to shower. The water was actually freezing called the front desk. They told me to wait a little bit after waiting almost 2 hours. It was still cold and it was time for me to check out.

This motel is very clean and the staff is great. This is the second time I stayed in there (only used the room to sleep and out in the morning). First time no problems whatsoever but this time no hot water in the morning and the fridge in room 315 was extremely loud so I had to unplug it to be able to sleep. I hope they fix this problem. I would recommend this motel to anyone and would definitely stay again next time.
