"Very nice and conveniently located. Only negative is that the Expedia site said parking was available but doesn't say that you have to pay for it until after you have booked and can't cancel. Unfair business practice that makes the hotel seem cheaper than it is and takes away from businesses that have parking included in there prices. This needs to be fixed. Other than that I had a great experience."

"It was a beautiful hotel however check in wasn’t the greatest as information wasn’t clearly relayed and we had to wait hours to check in. No attempt to expedite was offered. Hotel restaurant wasn’t very accommodating to a lactose allergy "
