Didn't like: Having to walk on cold tile to get to the bathroom in the night (worked around by laying down towels); disposable dishes and cutlery for breakfast; limited food choices for breakfast.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I stayed in the accessible king suite and it was perfect for my mother who is in a wheelchair.

Was treated rudely upon check in by the front desk staff. I have stayed here before without problems, but I had an issue with my credit card and was told I could not check in. I was offered no solutions or accommodation, which is a bit annoying when I’m paying over $200 to stay somewhere.

Hotel was great. We’ve stayed there a couple times. Something broke in our room (accident, no one’s fault) and the staff were quickly to address it and fix the issue. The pool is great for kids, gym is clean, and free breakfast was nice. Will continue to stay here when in town next time.
