The frosted glass barn door for a bathroom door is not ideal. Should never rent the rooms if they dont have a solid bathroom door. No one wants to hear anyone go to the bathroom. The front desk renovations will be nice but the rest of the hotel needs a lot of work, including the exterior. Not worth what I paid.

Seems like it needs a little more of a renovation in terms of doors being paper thin and access to the ground level rooms being too accessible. The screen doors don’t have locks and can be opened by anyone outside the door. That’s a large security issue for tenants.
