"Location was excellent as it was very near to Yotsubashi train station and about 15 mins walk to the main Shinsaibashi shopping street. Lots of food nearby, Family Mart konbini store right beside and a supermarket nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly and i rate them full marks on customer service. The room however was very dusty and we kept sneezing throughout our stay there. The room does not have a window that can be opened to let the dust escape. Would have given a 5 stars...

"The overall stay at Mimaru was good! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. There are minor things about this location I would change: 1. Internet speed was pretty slow (travelling with young kids and their need of internet), 2. "The apartment was fully equipped and very modern, everything was in good condition and clean. We had towels refreshed as if you were in a hotel and contact through concierge at another hotel in the group if needed.
