"It was our first time staying at a Mimaru and we had a wonderful time. The room was beautiful and clean for our family of 5. The hotel is walking distance to Kuromon market and Dotonbori. "Location was excellent as it was very near to Yotsubashi train station and about 15 mins walk to the main Shinsaibashi shopping street. Lots of food nearby, Family Mart konbini store right beside and a supermarket nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly and i rate them full marks on customer service. The room however was very dusty and we kept sneezing throughout our stay there. The room does not have a window that can be opened to let the dust escape. Would have given a 5 stars...

"Very good apartment hotel with necessary amenities in the room. Spacious too. The most convenient for us is that there’s a washing plus dryer (2 in one) machine in the hotel room. We need not to hang clothes after washing so save time and energy after a day’s tour. It’s also close to train stations, two convenient stores and a big supermarket. We will surely stay in this hotel again when we visit Osaka next time. "
