"Awesome spot near a ton of fun shopping, restaurants, bars, etc. Nicely decorated! Be aware there is no elevator. Fan and art in bathroom was quite dusty but overall the unit was clean. Bed super comfy! The door to the building didn’t latch/lock unless you pulled it shut so it would be good to tell all guests to make sure to do so. Bedroom is in back of building and was remarkably quiet! The door to the shared deck was unlocked when I checked in so be sure to check."

"This property is a Philly gem. It is so cute and cozy. It is updated and has the convenience of home. The washer and dryer were a plus as well. Gabe and Jon are great hosts and communication with them was easy, as they got back to me in a timely manner. We will definitely stay there on our next visit."

"Being from Philadelphia I am pretty well versed in the neighborhoods and this is an exceptionally sized for the area. The property was very clean, contained the essential necessities for an extended stay, and was comfortably furnished. The unit is a walk-up, but the staircase is well lit and not too steep, making for easy passage There is a busy street nearby, but there was not much noticeable noise "

"Cute & quaint little apartment. First time in Philadelphia for a comedy show, and the home was super close to everything we needed. I would HIGHLY suggest parking at the parking lot just around the corner and paying for a piece of mind. Trying to find parking was horrible, but it just so happened there was the place around the corner. It was a clean, home like space to stay , and great for what we needed. Thank you for hosting us! "We really enjoyed our getaway to Philly. The unit was great with ample space and amenities. The history of the building also ties directly to the growth of Philadelphia. The unit is a three story walkup, which might be a consideration for families with small children, but did not bother us. We would definitely stay here again. "
