"We have stayed in quite a few hotels in Singapore (4-5 star) before finding the Hotel Jen Tanglin, but will not go anywhere else now! The hotel is good value for money on Singapore standards and has a nice relaxed vibe, but is very clean (your room is cleaned every day unlike some of the other four and five star hotels) and efficiently run. We upgraded to a club room and therefore benefited from club access (excellent evening drinks and food between 6 and 8 pm) as well as breakfast, which was...

"The stay was very good for me and family. The staff were friendly and went extra mile to ensure that the 2 night stay was a very pleasant one. Room is nicely renovated and spacious. We were there to celebrate my girl’s birthday and hotel gave us a surprise by putting up a “Happy Birthday” banner. Very nice of the hotel to do it for my girl. "

"Best hotel for metro access: therefore the best hotel base to explore the country. Reasonable rates for good quality. Very good bed, ok shower, great to have filtered drinking water on tap. Surprised to have Club level room yet no bath robes. Whilst we were there (3 days) the reception team were constantly overwhelmed: they put on a brave face but it was tough for them and not a great customer experience. "
