The hotel is in a great location on orchard road. The room was nice but we got 2 single beds instead of 2 twins for 3 of us. When we asked to change they said they have only these singles which they in their country call twins and kings and for an extra bed there will be additional 150 dollars per night. But eventually they waived that fee off. Also one of the days my daughter was not well so I was carrying some fruits for her from the breakfast area which to my surprise a female staff came and literally took it from my hands saying that taking food is not allowed very rudely !! This was really strange and weird behaviour. Rest the hotel gets marks for its great location!

The hotel is in a great location in the heart of Orchard shopping district. Beautiful decor and comfortable rooms. The bed was especially comfortable. Excellent breakfast buffet that I would recommend. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

All good, im a regular, but only once, the room 1341 toilet has some unpleasant odor, i think maybe the plumbing pipe issue or needing stronger ventilation. Otherwise everything else was perfect
