"I booked the hotel as i was arriving into the airport at 2am and needed somewhere relatively close by for the night. This place had 24/7 check in and the taxi only cost S$25. "Small chairs, might as well stayed at the terminal. Poor directions. I had to take a taxi from terminal 1 to terminal 3. I will not recommend. More trouble than its worth. Not worth the money."

The hotel stated that I booked through the agent and should contact the agent to contact them, then when I contact the agent, the agent stated that it’s up to the hotel to issue a refund or not, they don’t talk to each other, they just keep telling me (customer) to talk to the other party.
