"The PL staff (from the doorman to the housekeeping) was AMAZING. I have stayed with you over the years and it is still outstanding. We snacked and drank alot in downstairs bar. Service and food was amazing!! We should have stayed there for NYE. The only (-) was The Darling NYE Party. Not worth the money, terrible communication of what it offered. Manager and FOH Staff were clueless and the few bites of food were not good. Bartenders were serving good drinks but we paid for more.... Well Done Park Lane but get the future party tickets in order!"
