"I will stay here was really good. It was very clean and very very quiet. Breakfast was good and filling, great coffee too. Easy access to and from the highway. The only thing I do have to say is that I wish they would upgrade their television too a smart TV with apps, so I can enjoy YouTube at night so I can listen to some rain and thunder for relaxation for sleeping which helps me really good at night that’s the only thing I wish that they would change. other than that everything was perfect."

"Took my daughter for a little staycation in beachwood, and check in was a breeze! The Staff was very friendly and we received a treat bag with joining the members program. My daughter loved that, room was very clean and inviting. The entire building was very clean and up to date. The pool was nice kinda cold my daughter said, but hot tub very nice and warm! We would’ve enjoyed our stay more if the other guests were more friendly and considerate. They had a lot of children that yelled the entire time and splashed in pool. Very inconsiderate. Also they just seemed very hostile, it was uncomfortable. The only other negative was the shower pressure was very low and took forever to wash my daughter’s hair. And the bed wasn’t the most comfortable. But overall it was a good time."

"Conveniently close to the event we were attending in Cleveland and had ample parking though the elevator in the parking garage was broken. Staff was very friendly and even gave a discount on the parking garage fee due to the elevator issue. "
