"Although we had a rough first night, it was not because of the condo or Sue, the owner. There was a mix-up with the address (our fault) and we accidentally went to the wrong condo. After calling Sue and figuring out we were at the wrong condo, the power went out shortly after we arrived at the correct condo. The location is close to the grocery store and the area was very quiet. I should note that we were there during off season so I'm sure that played a roll in it. The only problem we had was...

"Close to beach. Seaweed a problem but taken care of daily if not creates an odor. Few bugs taken care of by the exterminator. Roaches. Was told this condo had been closed up. S Overall the stay was nice."

The convenience to Christiansted, ample parking, and relative ease to reach Frederiksted. The weather, the people and the condo was comfortable. Kim was readily accessible to respond to questions. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was a nice quiet beach vacation."

We enjoyed the beach at the condo but also were able to enjoy 5-6 others on the island. You can be anywhere on the island within 30 minutes.
