Brand new kitchen with quartz countertops. Many new updates, all new linens and many extras. portable bedroom A/C, ceiling fans and two portable fans. New Weber charcoal grill. With a breath taking view, this vacation get away is sure to impress all! It sits less then 100 steps from the seawall. You have sweeping views up the coastline from east to west. With the combination of the view and the soothing sound of the surf breaking on the coral reefs, there is nothing that won't impress you with your time here! Enjoy the pool or venture out to enjoy the Island!!!!! Condo comes complete with most the items you will need for you stay. Fully supplied kitchen and bathroom from blow dryer to boogie boards! Grocery stores close by, for all your needs! Note: This is an older quiet community for relaxing.

Wonderful Getaway!
The condo had everything that we could possibly need. The owners were so accommodating and very fast to respond to any questions. The little patio outside is the perfect place to sit and listen to the ocean. The pool is so nice and open late if you return home late. Wonderful stay!

Awesome little cottage on the water!
Great spot to vacation at, centrally located just about anywhere I wanted to go was 10-15 minutes away, perfectly convenient and for the price you absolutely can’t beat this deal best on the island the owner was super helpful and recommended all kinds of local spots that panned out great I would definitely come back again , highly recommend visiting the drinking pigs and visiting the tide pools!

The Host Who Thought of Everything!
What a perfect spot to stay in. Not only did the Host provide beach towels and chairs, but also sun hats, snorkeling gear and a small ice chest! Plus cold bottled water. The kitchen had everything we needed and was impeccable. For first timers in St Croix, this was a great location, roughly in the middle of the island along the north shore.

Comfortable 1 bed condo in small complex. The owner Tracey was very gracious as were all of the neighbors. The addition of AC this next year will help greatly with the humidity.

Breezy and Sunny
This is a comfortable unit located right on the coast. The sounds of the surf provide a wonderful background for your stay in St. Croix. The whole property is well-maintained and quiet. The owners are great communicators, and checked in with us regularly to make sure that all was well. We enjoyed our stay!

Cute condo
This is a cute condo right on the water. Only 10 minutes from the boardwalk in Christiansted. I do suggest renting a car if staying here. Tracy the owner was great and super helpful. We will be back

Nice & clean 1 bedroom. A lot of kitchen essentials are provided. Clean full size pool & well maintained grounds. Cool breezes off the water. Located close to Christiansted, grocery store & bbq. Suggest renting a car to go places, beach & seeing the island.

Loved our time in St Croix
The condo was great! Everything was very clean and they provided anything you could need like cooler, chairs, sunscreen, etc. Our only complaint is the listing stated the bedroom was air conditioned and it is not. They have a floor portable unit in the bedroom but it never did cool down the bedroom much less the entire place.

A wonderful month long stay
This vacation would have gotten a 5 star rating had the condo been completely finished (repaired from the hurricanes). The overall experience and people at the complex couldn't have been more wonderful. First place I've actually been that I said I WANT TO MOVE HERE. Tracy the owner was very up front with the outer structure being in need of repair ( which is being done now) and the condo was spotless clean. Definitely WILL RETURN.

Cute little condo
Very quiet and relaxing complex, which also felt very secure. The on site manager was very friendly and made sure to alert us that the water would be shut off for a couple hours one morning of our stay, for repairs and let us know when the water was back on. Despite only having a/c in the bedroom we were very comfortable overall and enjoyed the constant ocean breeze on the patio. I was surprised to be able to christen the charcoal grill, which obviously had never been used. A throughly enjoyable stay, and a bargain at the cost point.

Easy to get the key. Plenty of towels etc. I’d move the 5 o’clock sign by sliding glass door to patio higher or on another post. We kept hitting our head going out. Good supplies we didn’t have to buy.

True Island Breeze
Great location, also checking in was seamless. Enjoyed the sunsets overlooking the ocean. The low waves were directly outside, we quickly got used to being lulled to sleep hearing the ocean, and the wind keeps the property cool and bug-free! When the electricity went out (20 mins) the cottage was well equipped with the necessary flashlights and batteries. It was also stock with amenities and bottle water. The property manager was very friendly and helpful.

Loved, loved, loved the condo
We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The check-in and welcome instructions were extremely clear and easy to follow (for example, she gave details about the number of speed bumps on the street). Tracy provided great suggestions for places to visit while we were on the island as well. The property was clean, everything was as pictured in the photos in the listing and the location was awesome. It was not far from downtown Christiansted and close to grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants. Nice pool on the property and the views were amazing. Condo was fully stocked, AC in the bedroom, celiling fans in both rooms. Lovely place, definitely would return.

Lovely place
The location is great, the decor and set up is very lovely. Keep in mind that the only room with A/C is the bedroom. If you are familiar with how housing is in the Caribbean, you will enjoy your stay here. If you're looking for a 5 star resort, you may be disappointed by parts of the building that are in need of some upkeep/repair. But overall we really enjoyed it! And a reminder if you bring in food, keep the counters CLEAN! Sugar ants are pretty unavoidable in the tropics.

Perfect place to stay
This condo is the perfect place to stay. It’s in a quiet area and located on the water. We rented a jeep and it was only about 15 minute drive to Christiansted and 30 minutes to Frederiksted. The condo was very clean and stocked with almost everything you could need. The bed is very comfortable. Owner is very responsive.

Old tired run down property
This complex is definitely one of the OG of the island. The unit advertised was smaller than photos show, there is a tiny floor air conditioner in the small bedroom that isn’t adequate for cooling a closet let alone a room. Island was under a heat advisory and because the host couldn’t supply us with “adequate cooling”, we had to vacate the property. We stayed just the first night and the host, with VRBO blessings, refunded less than half of our money which was for 5 nights. This place would be okay in the winter months, it is very small and cozy and parking is scarce. The pool area is in need of some care, the pool light was dangerously dangling in the water. I won’t be using VRBO ever again.
