"Close to beach. Seaweed a problem but taken care of daily if not creates an odor. Few bugs taken care of by the exterminator. Roaches. Was told this condo had been closed up. S Overall the stay was nice."

"The condo was in j great condition, the grounds are beautiful! The pool was great and private but If you want to use the beach don’t book due to no water access. They have a beautiful view but the seaweed is bad and in no rain times it smells horrific. "

"The condo was the most well-stocked we've ever stayed in. Communication was excellent with all check-in procedures shared well in advance. We enjoyed the beach at the condo but also were able to enjoy 5-6 others on the island. You can be anywhere on the island within 30 minutes. This was the "off-season" so we had almost every beach to ourselves. We spent some time at the large, clean, nice pool which we also had to ourselves. "This was a first visit to St Croix fir my aunt (70) and cousin (16). This was my 3rd visit. It was a wonderful stay. The convenience to Christiansted, ample parking, and relative ease to reach Frederiksted. The weather, the people and the condo was comfortable. Kim was readily accessible to respond to questions. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was a nice quiet beach vacation."
