"We just returned yesterday from a perfect 5 day stay. We were continuously greeted by wonderful front desk staff who always made us feel welcome, and feel at home. From morning one, we started to meet other guests, some who come back every year, and it immediately starts to feel like a little community. Wonderful staff led by Ted, and Chris, who you would see circulating throughout the property daily, and who both stopped by to say a warm hello to us multiple times, and check in to ensure we were comfortable, and ask if we needed anything. This is a special touch of true hospitality that you will not get at just any hotel. Beautiful grounds where we always felt safe. The morning offerings of fruit, and juice were perfect for us. We always had a piece a fruit to put in our beach bag to start off the day. So convenient to Frederiksted, we were able to walk out to perfect beaches for snorkeling, and down the street to great restaurants, and dive shops where we rented gear, and walked out to, and dove some of our best dives ever, including the Frederiksted pier. Other great excursions nearby including horseback riding on the beach, and into the rain forest. All the activities we came to do were all right nearby. We couldn't have asked for a better first stay on St Croix. We have already talked about coming back again for more diving, and we can't think of anywhere else we would like to stay than Sand Castle on the Beach. Book this hotel!!!"

"We've been staying in short-term rentals for several decades and this is the best stocked and most livable one we have ever encountered. You get comfort, practicality, and loving homage to the island. The host truly cares and anticipates needs. We look forward to staying here many more times in the future. "

"Great location, clean, incredible well stock with everything you need!! Kitchen has great updated appliances and well stocked cabinets to make cooking easy. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice and accessible for my older parents. They have all the beach items you will need and more you did not realize you needed! The sunset is right in front of you and the stargazing from the upstairs porch is second to none. Everything was so easy from booking, to checkin, questions while we're there and check out. Thanks you. Would strongly recommend and look forward to staying here again!!!"

"Hard to locate in the dark, but when you start driving around, it’s easy. Driving on the left side was interesting but doable.The house was roomy for the four of us. Well equipped kitchen. Back screened porch was our haven for the week. The weather beach was fun too. Water was great."
