"Really nice property. Updated as described. Everything we needed was there. We rented a car and discovered that is a 100% necessity. This location is, in our opinion, the cleanest nicest part of the island. It is somewhat remote with a beautiful view from the balcony. Without a car you would be limited on activities but I wouldnt let that stop you from renting as the island is 30something miles long and lots to do along the way. Really enjoyed our stay. The people on this island are so amazing...

"The bed was comfortable and the place had what we needed after contacting Joanna. It’s pretty bare bones for the condo but the pool was nice and it is a gated property. It is just not close to the things in the listing. It’s About 1.8 miles to the Boardwalk. But that’s fine as long as you have access to a car."

"The location of the condo was good and since we had a car, we got to see many parts of the island. cleanliness could have been better. Large windows on lagoon were hard to open, had no screens and condo air felt closed in even with fans. Pool and grounds were clean and people friendly. Bathrooms & kitchen were recently renovated and ok. We enjoyed our stay but the general feeling was a bit run down. Owner was available by phone when we had a problem and staff helped out with the issue. "

"Our family took a short 5 day trip to enjoy some warm weather. The condo was exactly as described. There is an amazing view of the ocean and beach right out the back door. Its location was centrally located providing a 30 minute drive to either end of the island. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Highly recommend this property. I’m"

"Everything was as listed, one recommendation would be to have a list of things about the condo, we didn't know you use the same code to get in the front gate that you would use for the ocean gate. Things like that would have been nice to know! First time in STX, we have been to STJ over 20 times and have rented villa and condo and always had a book with things to do, etc. "
