"We just returned yesterday from a perfect 5 day stay. We were continuously greeted by wonderful front desk staff who always made us feel welcome, and feel at home. From morning one, we started to meet other guests, some who come back every year, and it immediately starts to feel like a little community. Wonderful staff led by Ted, and Chris, who you would see circulating throughout the property daily, and who both stopped by to say a warm hello to us multiple times, and check in to ensure we were comfortable, and ask if we needed anything. This is a special touch of true hospitality that you will not get at just any hotel. Beautiful grounds where we always felt safe. The morning offerings of fruit, and juice were perfect for us. We always had a piece a fruit to put in our beach bag to start off the day. So convenient to Frederiksted, we were able to walk out to perfect beaches for snorkeling, and down the street to great restaurants, and dive shops where we rented gear, and walked out to, and dove some of our best dives ever, including the Frederiksted pier. Other great excursions nearby including horseback riding on the beach, and into the rain forest. All the activities we came to do were all right nearby. We couldn't have asked for a better first stay on St Croix. We have already talked about coming back again for more diving, and we can't think of anywhere else we would like to stay than Sand Castle on the Beach. Book this hotel!!!"

"Stayed here for significant wedding anniversary and the house was very comfortable. It was also very close to Sandy Point Beach which is a gorgeous western tip of the island and a definite place to visit. Our host was so friendly and helpful with suggestions and communication with him was almost instantaneous. Our thanks to him for making our special trip so great with the ferocity of renting out his home to us. "

"The colorful plants, Bannana Tree, open breathing house, high tech water and power systems. This whole experience is the essense of an island experience and a healing place of beauty. Check in code confusion was texted back instantly, for 3 people who think they understand technology obviously it took a minute but we designated Dan the Key Master and it all worked out. Kitchen is gorgeous, the dinner we made my mom the last night was the trips highlight. Roosters crow all the time, one sometimes right in the tree outside the house, I love birds, and enjoyed it, but be aware. If it were my house I would put a bunch of roosts out and just collect free eggs forever!!!Tesla Wall, Solar, Cistern with top notch filter, its a cool house that feels smart and alive. I want a month next year, atleast 2 weeks! 6 days wasnt enough!!! "

"The property was clean and as described with recently updated bathrooms. The air conditioning was a great thing to come back to after exploring. Right in the middle of the action- it was the perfect place to be near the Christmas Festival, shopping, and the pier. The neighborhood felt safe and local nightlife is nearby. Super convenient!
