"We had a last minute reservation after our flight was diverted to Ontario Ca, and the night manager Michael was so helpful and friendly. Although it’s a slightly older facility, the staff is dedicated to making the customers comfortable. It was spotless, pleasant, and every staff member we met was really great."

Main issue on a Tuesday night when I believe the Hotel was quiet not many guests. We arrived after dinner to f e the room right next door was having an out readouts party, very loud music, screaming, banging, smoking marjuanna, I will give security staff a huge thank you cause it took them 2 hours to...

"We checked in late and the hotel was kind in holding our room. Our stay was comfortable but the vending machines didn't work so we couldn't buy water. We had to use plastic cups and get water from the water dispenser. Also, we didn't have hot water in our shower and the breakfast doesn't have enough options. The meat options only have pork."
