"Very convenient location (liked that grocery store nearby), and while close to ONT I never noticed jet traffic. Friendly staff, good breakfast, nice garden and pool area. The only problem was very loud AC system in my room 204. Because I didn't need the room cooled much, I didn't ask for a remedy. The policy of only one housekeeping visit per multiday stay was fine by me."

This caused logistical issues/inconvenience. But otherwise the stay was pleasant and the accommodations comfortable."

"My experience with everyone I talked to was amazing! They were SO helpful and accommodating. Even when I tried to check in early, unfortunately I wasn’t able to because my room wasn’t ready yet, but they still offered solutions to try to help. Very professional! All of my friends that stayed at this location as well, raved how amazing this hotel was. Would definitely return! 10/10"
