"Very clean, good location for Roseville, Richland, Lincoln event. We were there for family wedding and the location was great. Stefanie was easy to get a hold of and receptive of our needs. We enjoyed our stay. "

"The room was very neat and tidy, and the bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was clean and organized, with clean towels, a coffee station, and shower products. We didn’t know that the family would be home (that was probably my fault for missing something in the description). It was just a bit of a surprise, and maybe a little awkward, but they weren’t a problem at all. A very lovely home. Would definitely recommend and stay again if available and needed."

"We stayed here for one night. I read previous reviews and brought bedding with us. We definatly needed it. The sleeping arrangements are a bit odd with taking a mattress off of each bed to make two beds in each smaller bedroom. There is also very light kitchen supplies. There are no mixing bowls or cutting boards and there are no spices besides salt and pepper. For the amount of people that it can acommodate, the seating is very limited as well. "The property was beautifully maintained. Easy check in process. The hosts were extra sweet and prepared the house very thoughtfully. The hot tub was clean and easy to operate. Great separate spaces for everyone. We really enjoyed our time, and did not need a thing, except maybe firepit. :-)"

"House is pretty spartan but the price and location were good. Linens clean. It really does not sleep 9. It has 3 bedrooms with double beds and one couch comfortable enough to sleep on.(listing says 3 BR in one place and 4 BR in another). Floors need to be mopped. No soap in bathrooms. Heat and internet and TV worked fine. Some light fixtures did not work. Needs a little TLC to make it more comfortable for a family to sit around and visit with each other."
