"We’ve stayed at Mystays premier Narita several times, all stays were pleasant, rooms are comfortable and spacious, bathroom is nice water pressure is great, staff is nice. No ac in room in winter, even when it’s not cold enough for heater, but not a problem since we can open windows if needed. Spa doesn’t open late enough to enjoy after coming back from dinner outing. But otherwise all is great. Will stay again. "

"I have stayed in APA hotel for many years whenever I am in Narita. Their cleanliness is impeccable. The Onsen is a bonus as not many have one in the area. The location is next to the train stations where dining options are endless. Lawson store is just below the hotel. The bus station to Aeon Mall is a short walk. 24 hour Gyudon restaurant is a 10 minute walk. Oh and you cannot beat the price value as well. Service is great. "The staff were all friendly and very kind and helpful. I was surprised at how wonderful the breakfast was, and at the variety of food available. Especially considering it is included in the cost of your stay. "Personally not a fan of smoking, and the room smelled like cigarettes as soon as I walked in. Overall, everything else and the staff were excellent. Enjoyed our stay

"We (2A,2C) stayed here for 7 nights. Got a room with a view of Tokyo Skytree and it was lovely to see it change colours every night. The room felt a little small but that’s because we had 4 pieces of large-ish luggage and 2 cabin sized luggage. The room could do with more lights as the room was a bit dark at night. Check-in was smooth and quick. Overall, staff were helpful. We had breakfast in the hotel. Food was decent but the spread was limited. No real complains though. The airport bus from Haneda drops off passengers here. You can also board the airport bus to Haneda or Narita from here but the last bus is in the afternoon. Very conveniently located. There are shopping malls and many residences and restaurants nearby. A short walk away is a park with a playground and is very popular with young families on weekends and public holidays. However it may be a bit of distance or switching of trains if you’re going to all the tourist spots. We did enjoy the area a lot as we had 2 young children and finding food, shopping and playground in one convenient location was a big plus for us. There are no DIY laundry facilities in the hotel but there are 3 DIY laundromats within 7min walking distance of the hotel. You can ask the hotel for a map in English. "
