For me this location was a little difficult because of the area. There were only two restaurants within walking distance and during my stay one of them was closed. "We had a wonderful time in this property! It was in a safe and quiet environment. The staff was kind and accommodated to our late check in and dinning options that we needed. They offered a scheduled shuttle bus to DisneySea and Disneyland. In addition, they had informed us about the transportation options to the airport. "Pretty good hotel for solo travelers around the Makuhari area. It's close to the Shin-Makuhari train station, as well as a couple of shops and a supermarket. So if you want to get something to eat from a convenience store, or take a train out to Tokyo, then you can do that easily. As for the room, the one I had was a single room. It is small, so you probably don't have enough room to move around in. But it was manageable. For the price, it's not too expensive. "
