Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac

4.5 star property
9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (2291)
"It's a lovely historic building but I was on a floor with lots of running children. I think perhaps as I was with my 17 y/o daughter I was put on a "family" floor, just guessing. I saw other people with robes, no robes in our room. The location was wonderful. I think if I would have communicated better, the staff would have solved the issues so I suppose I should also give myself 4/5 stars, but here's the feedback fyi. Perhaps to accommodate the hesitant guests, like me, who wait to complain...

Le Manoir d'Auteuil

3.0 star property
9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (1005)
"Le Manoir d'Auteuil was perfectly located right on the edge of old town. The staff were all friendly and helpful. It has a b&b vibe with small hallways which would make you think the rooms would be small, which they were but the tall ceilings made it feel so open! It's perfectly located and super easy parking which did cost extra, but it was nice not to have to worry about parking. "

"This property is located in Old Town Quebec. It’s within walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops. The room and bathroom are somewhat small but well appointed. There’s no coffee or fridge in the room but coffee and a continental breakfast (separate charge) was available. The hotel did provide a small fridge to our friends who needed to store medication. The staff were wonderful and helpful. We would stay there again."
