"Beautiful hotel steeped in rich history, very well maintained and much nicer with the recent renovation of rooms. The pool and hot tub were nice, the boys that worked in the pool room were absolutely sweet and brought us towels, slippers to wear back to the room and even offered to take some pictures of us since we were struggling to take one of us ourselves. "We generally really enjoy staying here- the inside courtyard with the balconies is a lot of fun. Unfortunately, this trip was a bit too loud for us. We had a room by the pool. There were a lot of people and live music playing both nights. The music was good, but made it impossible for us to watch out TV for hours, because it was so loud outside our room. "The hotel is located in the lower town area of Old Quebec City and is very close to Petit Champlain and Place Royale. It is easy to get around from the place. When we stayed, they were constructing a new entrance to the hotel, so it wasn't super nice to look at, but didn't affect our stay. "
