The photos are misleading. There is no pool on site, it is a 15min walk away at their sister hotel. When we arrived we were advised that due to construction/renovations there was no valet parking and we were to park nearby for $55/night. This was after I waiting 10min for check in while the staff was on a zoom call in the next room. When we retrieved our vehicle the next morning the staff member was very harassing to my husband about parking in front while we retrieved our luggage from the room. There was also a sign that stated something along the lines of « relax while we take care of your luggage and vehicle » which was not the case. The breakfast was ok, and convenient for the price of the night. The coffee machine was nice. It was ok for a night passing through to our next stop. But I would stay elsewhere if we were planning to visit longer than one night.

The owner is very accommodating and kind. He let me check in 3 hours earlier than scheduled. My only complain was that I think during my stay there was also some renovation going on so it was noisy in the morning. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. Thanks

We had an amazing stay! The staff went above and beyond for us which we greatly appreciated when we had car troubles and provided fabulous recommendations! The location is perfect to walk to all the sites, shops, and restaurants. Room was very clean and quiet. We will definitely stay again!!!

Terrific place to stay in Old Quebec. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. We were upgraded to a suite, which had a separate sitting room large bedroom and adequate bathroom. The wine in the "enomatic" machine worked well at night and allowed us to get wine anytime. Coffee, tea, and juices available 24/7 as well. We had one glitch with one of the two televisions we had, but the fix was simple and could easily be fixed for the next with with a simple nite that the remote turns the television on but not off. One has to get up and touch the button on the lower right of the TV. It's hard to see so don't try to find it with the lights out.

Property is very close to Chateau Frontier, and in walking distance to many shopping and dining areas.Well maintained hotel, cleaning staff is nice, there's massage therapy option - which we can book through front desk. Wish there are more breakfast options to choose from, otherwise - a happy customer.

I hung do not disturb sign on the door, but hotel staff still went in my suite without letting me know. I complained it shouldn't happened and staff said to me what do you want me to do? I told staff if you must enter the room, you should call me I was worried when I found out someone entered my room while I was out even I have do not disturb sign on the door.

Very nice staff, room was clean, charming hotel in a perfect location in Old Quebec. Helpful with walking directions,etc. About a 15 minute walk to the cruise terminal. (Use the funicular!! The stairs will kill you)

We had the best time staying at Chateau Bellevue! The room was nice and clean and the staff was excellent. They were so friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and the games in the lobby at night. We were so close to many restaurants and shops in old Quebec the best thing was the location. We would love to stay here again!

Overall a great experience. Hotel is a bit dated and the pool is non functional but there’s access to a pool at another hotel, but not as convenient. The staff was helpful and super kind. The valet parking was simple and well priced. The location is superb, right in the old city and great dining and shopping areas all around as well super close to the boardwalk along the amazing St Lawrence River.
